What’s the opportunity?
ShareAction is a registered charity that promotes responsible investment. Their vision is to create a world where the financial system serves both the planet and its people. They work to define the highest standards for responsible investment and drive change until these standards are adopted worldwide. The organisation engages with investors, policymakers, and individuals to tackle pressing environmental and social issues, aiming to harness the power of the financial system to build a fairer, brighter future.
As part of improving internal learning ShareAction like to arrange Lunch & Learn sessions for it’s employees – hosted by both internal and external speakers.
With President Trump announcing tariffs and impending trade wars it will massively affect the global financial system and therefore lots of ShareAction stakeholders.

- Impact of global capital flows

The ideal volunteer has:
- Experience of creating clear and informative presentations to a non-technical audience
- An understanding of the current USA political climate in the context of the UK economy
