Living Sport is an independent charity dedicated to enhancing health and wellbeing in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough by promoting greater participation in physical activity. Partnering with communities and organisations, it focuses on removing barriers, addressing inequalities, and ensuring inclusivity.
The charity offers a range of services, including programmes designed to engage children and young people in positive physical activity experiences, community initiatives that foster resilience and connectivity, and health-focused projects that integrate physical activity into the prevention and management of mental and physical health conditions. Living Sport also provides training and guidance for local organisations to maximise the impact of physical activity within their own communities.
Living Sport secures funding to directly support target groups and empower partners to use physical activity as a tool for positive change, prioritising areas and communities with the greatest need.
